ABOUT
CORTNEY
I know what it feels like to do all the work — and still feel stuck.Â
I help high-achieving women who look strong on the outside but feel overwhelmed, reactive, shut down, or stuck on the inside.
If you've done the therapy, read the books, listened to the podcasts, and still find yourself snapping faster than you want to, overthinking everything, or feeling like your body is always bracing for something... you're not broken.
Your nervous system is carrying more than your mind has been able to resolve.
My Story
When I first started my healing journey, I didn’t realize that my anxiety, insomnia, and constant overreacting weren’t just personality traits — they were the result of how unsafe my body felt.
I began to understand why I felt the way I did.
I could explain my patterns.
But in the moments that mattered most… my body would still take over.
And no one was talking about the body.
It wasn't until I began working with my nervous system — not just my thoughts — that things started to shift.
I stopped living in a constant state of bracing. I could actually rest without guilt. I could respond instead of react. I started to feel safe in my own life.
That’s why my work is different.
We don’t just talk about your patterns — we work with the place those patterns live: your body.
Through somatic healing, attachment repair, and parts work, I help women move out of survival mode and into a life that feels more grounded, connected, soft, and safe.
This work is especially for the woman who is tired of holding it all together.
The woman who wants to stop overreacting and then feeling ashamed.
The woman who wants to be present with her kids, feel safe in love, trust herself again, and finally understand why healing hasn’t clicked yet.
Because when your body no longer has to live like the threat is still happening… everything begins to change.
You are safe here.
When you feel safe, you will begin to heal.
