Goal: Authentic Connection & Support

Method: Top Down

This is the group for you if you:

Often wonder if you're the only one with a challenging or struggling marriage
Find yourself assuming your partner is the problem and if he would just "do the work" everything would be fine/better
Feel like you do all the work and overfunction in your marriage
Notice that your partner is often in a fight response (argumentative & irritable) or flight response (avoiding hard or intimate conversations with you).
Sometimes wonder if you would be better off alone
Are unsure how to navigate conflict with your spouse in a healthy and productive way
Don't feel seen, heard or supported in your marriage.
